6/25/06 Sunday: A quiet day in Danbury

Jackie and I slept in, had a wonderful breakfast at the Marriot Hotel where we were staying, and I started catching up my blog.... We were visited by our old friend Norm Amnott, an usher at my wedding, who we had not seen in almost 20 years... We had a wonderful afternoon together catching up... We had an early dinner at a local Japaneese Hibatchi Restaurant with dessert at the Friendly's Ice Cream shop down the street... I was blogging throughout the day, whenever I had a free moment.. Norm left about 1900 after taking a moment to help Jackie select a better return route to Newark... A lovely peaceful day....
